Like most of our scripts, this one was one of a kind, and something new. It was the first full length, full color comic we did in from The Agencies. This story was the second colorized comic we've done, the first being Kittletown: Issue One.
I liked working with the artist on this one quite a bit, and the TickleTown members who got to see this comic for free really enjoyed it, as well. If the artist has a free schedule, we'd certainly like to re-introduce the character Miss Rachel Ghost for further misadventures.
I liked the idea of a tennis pro turn super spy, and that's what Miss Rachel Ghost is. We don't see any of her tennis matches in this issue, but if a sequel is in the works, we will most likely show her on court. The blonde villain in this story is Rachel's on court nemesis, whom she always beats in tournaments. So the blonde wants to take revenge any way she can on our poor hero.
The tickling rating of this particular book is 47. That means for every 100 panels in the book, approximately 47 of them will feature tickling. That way, each user can decide for himself if a particular issue is light or heavy in the tickling area. By contrast, the first issue of the Cyriaan Chronicles has a tickling rating of 8. That is a bit low, and we will aim to keep the tickling in the 25-35 range on most scripts. |
