And the beat goes on!  The storyline of The Agencies tickling universe continues.  The storyline started with issue seven, continued with issue eight, and now here we finally have issue nine, available to our readers.

When we left off from issue eight, Starlight was tricked by Mirth (now turned into the evil mastermind who calls herself The Tickler) and her sister Karma into giving up the powerful XS-45 formula, which increases sensitivity in its recipients.  Starlight was handed over to Karma as a plaything, while Agent Succubus and the Magistrate Veronica were sold off as bounties to the local crime lord.

The tickling rating of this particular book is 65.  That means for every 100 panels in the book, approximately 65 of them will feature tickling.  That way, each user can decide for himself if a particular issue is light or heavy in the tickling area.  By contrast, the first issue of The Cyriaan Chronicles has a tickling rating of 8; while the first issue of The Agencies has a tickling rating of 31.
