The story that Issue Seven began continues with this much anticipated Issue Ten.  We introduced the character Miss Rachel Ghost in Issue Five, and now the storyline reintroduces her into our tickle world.

When we left off with issue nine, Agent Deadline had begun a failed attempt at rescuing Agent Succubus from the evil crime Boss Kazazumi.  Her efforts were met in vain, as she was met at the entrance by Yin and Yang, Kazazumi's twin sister henchmen.  And Agent Starlight was being continuously tormented by the evil Karma, whose hatred of Starlight and her agency runs deep.

The tickling rating of this particular book is 46.  That means for every 100 panels in the book, approximately 46 of them will feature tickling.  That way, each user can decide for himself if a particular issue is light or heavy in the tickling area.  By contrast, the first issue of The Cyriaan Chronicles has a tickling rating of 8; while the first issue of The Agencies has a tickling rating of 31.
