This issue is more true to the kind of tempo and action that I'm accustomed to writing.  The first Cyriaan Chronicles was my first published effort, and needed more action to the story.

We meet up with two cadets from the Academy in this story.  The academy is a very select school sponsored by the area agencies.  They train their students in disguises, theft, hacking, subterfuge, subversion, and anything else their future employers may need them to do.

The tickling rating of this particular book 27.  That means for every 100 panels in the book, 27 of them will feature tickling.  That way, each user can decide for himself if a particular issue is light or heavy in the tickling area.  By contrast, the first issue of The Cyriaan Chronicles had a tickling rating of 8, and the first issue of The Agencies had 31.

The Agencies : Issue Two
The Academy is one of the central training spots for young people on the road to become an agent for one of the agencies.  In this future world, it is the pinnacle of education.

It is at the academy that we join the story of Lisa and Summer, two cadets at the Academy.  They're assigned to bring in someone last spotted at an out-of-town Renaissance festival.

The two girls then put on their undercover garb, and check out the scene.

But there are a few surprises there they weren't prepared for...
