Welcome to the first issue of The Agencies: Frontiers.After searching for many years on the perfect artist to lead up one of our main storylines, I decided to contact Oekaki-Tickles to see if he was up for the task.  He had completed several impressive tickling commissions on the boards over the prior year, and I was eager to see his talents transfer over to the sequential art realm.

The tickling rating of this particular book is 40.  That means for every 100 panels in the book, approximately 40 of them will feature tickling.

Agent White, in his fourth year with the Agency, leads a team of specialists into the heart of the Frontier.  The Frontier is a place no Agent wants to find himself.
