Welcome to the second issue of The Agencies: Frontiers.

Although Oekaki-Tickles did a good job with the first issue of this comic line, he is now pursuing other artistic ventures in his career and Agency Publishing wishes him the best in whatever he does!

I wasn't sure at first who I wanted to take over this comic line since the first issue was so stylized. We have looked at dozens of portfolios in the last year to come up with the best teams for our books, and this issue is the first fruits of those labors in 2011. Edi is an experienced penciler who has a certain penache with the female form. T.Leonardo colored Tickle Magnet #2 for us and has proven to be an invaluable and intelligent asset to our growing art department.

I'm anxious to continue this storyline, as it has rather important plot points with our other publications, as will be slowly explained as the issues are produced. We join Agent White and Agent Shield in their search for their friend Agent Crosshair. But when the two take a stop, the unexpected happens.

The Agencies: Frontiers #2
"God, I hate Frontier towns"

Agent White, team leader on a seemingly easy mission to rescue a family of settlers, is down a man and stranded in the middle of nowhere.

The group decides to take a break on its long journey to find Agent Crosshair, who was captured by a local gang. In their search, the two agents and the family of settlers find more than they bargained for in a small Frontier town.

The Agencies: Frontiers is the brand new comic line from Agency Publishing.  It's set in the same time as our flagship comic books The Agencies.  It features a full cast of colorful characters: agents, spies, villains, thugs, mechs, and farmers.  All are brought together in an unlikely series of events, telling the story of three Agents and their long journey home after a failed mission in the anarchistic Frontiers.
