This is the fourth installment of our popular series The Ruthless.

I wrote this particular script a long time ago, and am overjoyed to finally bring it to the series' fans. I fell in love with the concept of a machine that tells you exactly where a person is ticklish, and what kind of pressure and technique you would need to send them over the edge. And in the hands of Stacia and Doctor Collins, this isn't going to be good for our fair maidens at all. Lots of laughs and screams for mercy in this issue. Enjoy!

The tickling rating of this particular book is 70.  That means for every 100 panels in the book, approximately 70 of them will feature tickling.  That way, each user can decide for himself if a particular issue is light or heavy in the tickling area.

The machine needs to be tested on a variety of test subjects. Luckily for The Ruthless, per partner in crime Doctor Collins knows of a few candidates ready for such a test.
