This is the third installment of our popular series The Ruthless.

We are happy to report that we've definitely found the perfect art team to represent our vision of The Ruthless universe. It's the same art team that did The Ruthless #2 and we couldn't be happier that they're on board with us in this series.

This issue is 14 pages long! It also includes a 40+ back optional back story that gives more insight to the characters. I hope you enjoy our newest comic issue half as much as we enjoyed making it!

The tickling rating of this particular book is 61.  That means for every 100 panels in the book, approximately 61 of them will feature tickling.  That way, each user can decide for himself if a particular issue is light or heavy in the tickling area.

In a surprising turn of events, Doctor Collins learns that her patient Stacia is actually The Ruthless!

Eager to appease her own desire to inflict cruelty and tickle torture on powerful women in Bay City, Doctor Collins agrees to help Stacia in her quest. The two form an alliance, and set out immediately to create a nefarious torture device to end all devices.

They need help, but who would help them construct such a monostrosity? With the right motivation, the two find that anyone can be convinced to help out.
