Issue Four continues where Issue #3 left off. Natalie and Kelly go to Walter's family's house by the lake to relax. Quite the opposite of relaxation, the two friends find out their arch nemesis Ashley is there, too along with someone driven to make them all laugh.

This is a fun issue. Issue #3 focused on a mystery stranger that showed up and wanted to torment the girls for fun. This issue instead shows the fallout related to those ticklish attacks and their results on the girl's psyche. Eventually they turn on each other without any outside help.

There is some fun sister on sister tickle action that goes on here, too. Natalie never did quite forgive Maddie for the public humiliation she suffered at work in Issue #1.

Vacation homes, bikinis, and very ticklish teens.

This summer has it all.

Away in the woods, the girls find out someone really wants them to laugh. But will this new villain have to do any work? It seems the girls are all content to turn on each other, causing ticklish mayhem at every opportunity.
